I partnered with XTRATUF to craft a cinematic video series highlighting the brand’s deep connection to Alaska and the people who rely on their gear every day. From a gritty, fast-paced brand anthem to an intimate portrait of a shellfish-farming family, I handled the video editing, sound design, and color grading to bring these real-world stories to life. Each piece was designed to showcase XTRATUF boots as essential tools in rugged, ocean-bound environments.
This anthem video serves as a high-energy sizzle reel capturing XTRATUF’s products in their natural environment: Alaska’s coastlines, wild terrain, and working-class communities. I handled editing, immersive sound design, and bold color grading to emphasize the grit, resilience, and pride of the people who rely on XTRATUF boots every day.
“XTRATUF – Built for the Brave” (Brand Anthem)
A stripped-back version of the anthem video focusing on the sound design—from crashing waves and seabird calls to heavy boots in the mud. Every audio detail was layered to build tension, realism, and cinematic impact.
Sound Design Showcase (Anthem)
This vignette follows a husband-and-wife duo raising their children while farming shellfish in rural Alaska. The video captures their intense daily routine—from dawn to dock—and how XTRATUF boots support them through harsh weather and hard labor. My work included story-driven editing, emotional sound design, and naturalistic color grading to keep the piece grounded and honest.
